Real Madrid are reportedly interested in Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and the offer that they could table has led several Arsenal supporters to suggest that he should be sold.
The striker has been a fantastic addition for the Gunners since joining in January 2018, scoring 53 goals in 82 appearances, but with his contract expiring in summer 2021 his future is uncertain.
As a result, Los Blancos may look to push on with their interest in the Gabon international, targeting a potential £70m offer plus the exchange of James Rodriguez, who is out of favour under Zinedine Zidane, starting only five games this term.
On the surface, it would appear a good deal for the North London club since the Colombian cost Madrid £71m in 2014, though losing a manager and a key player in such a short space of time would seem like a step back.
However, many fans support the move, and believe the club should accept such an offer if it came to fruition, believing the money could be better spent rebuilding the squad, with problems in defence contributing to Arsenal facing around 20 shots per game after 13 league games played.
Here are some of the reactions suggesting the club should take the deal for the 30-year-old.
